Arianna, an elf from Clare B. Dunkle's book In the Coils of the Snake.
I started this ages ago, got as far as doing the eye and profile before deciding something wasn't working. Dug it up yesterday and finished it. I did this deliberately to parallel my Hollow Kingdom picture of Kate [link] Then I looked at the dates and realized I'd done them almost exactly two years apart. Media: prismacolor pencils on black paper. That's actually a metallic gold she's sporting, but of course the scanner doesn't show it. |
