Description
Marta Lualdi and Tenebrae from Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, which I started playing a little bit ago. Nowhere near beating it yet, but I think I'm enjoying it more than the bad press had led me to expect.
In one of the skits, Marta makes the offhand comment that she used to ride her magical cheetah/hound/old geezer/embodiment of darkness across the land. No explanation for why she doesn't do so anymore, but the minute I heard it, I wanted to draw it.

I'm not really sure why but this piece has an Egyptian feel to it for me, mostly from the magic cat (which is awesome, and I want one). The whole thing feels a lot "sharper" than your usual style. It looks really nifty.
